Who am I?
Hiya! My name is Eric Greenbaum. I’m an actor and comedian and stuff.
Hi there, welcome to my website. It’s pretty cool, I can’t lie. So, who am I? I am an actor and sketch comedian from New Haven, Connecticut.
I fell in love with Acting and Sketch Comedy when I was younger, and have pursued a career in both of those paths however I could. I worked on shows in high school (The Wrestling Season, Tarzan: The Musical, Our Town, and Fiddler on The Roof) and also worked on writing and performing my own sketch comedy.
Afterward, I moved to Chicago for Columbia College Chicago’s Comedy: Writing and Performance major, and then transferred to New York University’s Tisch School of The Arts to study Drama. My final semester in school, I studied at The Second City’s Comedy Studies program, and after college, I moved back to Chicago to finish The Second City’s Conservatory.
Since then, I have lived and worked out of Chicago on a multitude of projects, both in Sketch Comedy and Acting. A few credits include; The Jewish Comedy Project, Dr. Mister (an Annoyance Theatre House Team), Boneless Sketch Comedy, The Plagiarist’s’ production of Arabia, Arabia!, The Clown Nose Too Much, and much more. Currently I work as an understudy on The Second City’s Touring Company, and half of the sketch duo Disco Horses.
