Who am I?
Hi there! My name is Eric Greenbaum. I’m an actor and comedian.
Welcome to my website! So, who am I?
Welp, I am originally from New Haven, Connecticut, where I fell in love with Acting and Comedy at a young age. Since discovering this I have pursued a career in both. I worked on shows and musicals throughout high school (The Wrestling Season, Tarzan: The Musical, Our Town, and Fiddler on The Roof) and wrote and performed my own sketch comedy.
For college, I moved to Chicago for Columbia College Chicago’s Comedy: Writing and Performance major, and then transferred to New York University’s Tisch School of The Arts to study Drama, where I received my BFA with Honors (kinda smart, huh?). During my final semester in school, I studied at The Second City’s Comedy Studies Program.
After graduating college, I moved to Chicago where I worked on numerous film and theater projects, most notably working with The Second City’s Touring Company, filming a short comedy movie titled I Saw A Man Die In Oklahoma, and creating half of the sketch duo Disco Horses (with a critically acclaimed run at Edinburgh Fringe 2024).
Since then, I’ve moved back to Brooklyn, NY to continue working.
